Instructions on how to use MySQL DB to MS-Excel Converter
- Enter your Hostname as your site IP address (you can also enter yoursite.com/net without http or www)
- Enter username exactly as required*
- Your DB Server settings should allow our site software to remotely access the db **
- The column names of MySQL table will automatically convert to the First Row of the sheet
- The Excel sheet converted in csv (comma delimited) format will have the same name as the Database table
- We do not store your DB information nor do we misuse it ***
* Usually for shared hosting accounts:
username = homedirectoryname_username & db = homedirectoryname_dbname
** May need to set remote access host= % ..contact your hosting company/administrator to confirm
*** We respect your privacy & security concerns.But unless you let us access the db table to create the excel sheet,you won't have as much fun using our service.Our suggestion would be to create a dummy DB & password and copy
the table as you would like the excel sheet (in csv format).You can always delete this information forever once you get the excel data
